Description: Clusters of tiny yellow flowers bloom along the branches in early spring before the foliage emerges. Flowers from female bushes turn into red drupes which birds enjoy. Leaves turn yellow for fall color and are aromatic when crushed. Makes a nice landscape bush for shade gardens. Host plant to spicebush swallowtail.
